Day 1: Students learn to spot operational bottlenecks, track how customers experience a business, and completely redesign a physical layout to keep huge crowds moving smoothly.

Commercial Logic & Revenue Engineering Teams dive into the experience economy, learning how to calculate profit margins, balance a strict budget, create special "VIP" upgrades, and keep a business safe and legal.

❋ Day 3

Agile Crisis Management & The Grand Pitch The ultimate stress test. The ultimate teamwork test. Teams must think fast on their feet to solve a massive, unexpected live emergency, concluding with a fun boardroom presentation to showcase their ideas.

Diagnostics, Systems & Layout Design

The Mission: Step into the shoes of an operations consultant to diagnose and overhaul a struggling, high-capacity enterprise.

What They Do: Working with giant physical blueprints and customer complaint data, students map user journeys, track friction points, and identify operational bottlenecks.

The Outcome: Teams finish the day by completely redesigning the park's physical layout and presenting a bulletproof blueprint engineered for maximum foot-traffic flow and capacity.

The Mission: Shift focus from spatial design to commercial strategy and revenue generation.

What They Do: Students manage a capital investment budget to engineer high-margin food menus, design tiered ticket pricing models, and physically build exclusive VIP perks. They also map out safety and emergency zones to balance legal compliance against commercial growth.

The Outcome: Teams establish a fully balanced operational budget and menu strategy that maximises daily revenue without compromising guest satisfaction.

The Outcome: The camp concludes with the Grand Boardroom Showcase, where students present their complete 3-day turnaround strategy to a panel of judges.
