What Sets Us Apart
What sets LaunchPad apart is our commitment to going beyond traditional theory to deliver a truly immersive, real-world business experience for young minds. Rather than just learning abstract academic concepts, students are empowered to build a real company from scratch, manage actual finances, and launch their own market stalls. We focus on fostering holistic growth—cultivating critical life skills such as financial literacy, creative branding, problem-solving, and confident communication that students cannot get anywhere else. By encouraging children not just to find a job, but to create one for themselves, LaunchPad sparks an entrepreneurial mindset that prepares them for the future.
Business-in-a-box
LaunchPad is a 12 week comprehensive business-in-a-box programme that comes equipped with a wide variety of resources and support, including a 32-page student workbook, digital slide decks, structured lesson plans, facilitator guides, and an official completion certificate.
Session Slides
Engagement and Clarity: Equipping sessions with individual presentation slides and topic overview videos instantly grabs students' attention, removes friction for educators, and sets a high-energy tone that makes complex business concepts accessible and exciting.
Student Workbooks
Physical Tools for Ownership: Providing printed student workbooks, folders, and stationery gives every young founder tangible tools that instil a sense of ownership, organisation, and professional pride from day one.
Teacher Guide
Confidence and Structure: Offering a comprehensive Teacher Session Guide that breaks down each 45-60 minute session ensures that educators feel fully supported, confident, and equipped to deliver seamless, impactful lessons without needing any prior business background.
"I started LaunchPad because I believe young minds deserve more than just traditional theory—they deserve a real-world stage. Too often, children are taught how to fit into a system rather than how to build their own. I wanted to create an experience that empowers 10 to 12-year-olds to step into the shoes of true creators, take ownership of their ideas, and realise early on that they don’t just have to go out and get a job—they have the power to create one."
